  1. 1. Acceptance of terms

    By accessing and using the Necter platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

  2. 2. Description of service

    Necter provides a decentralized compute network that lets users participate in a distributed computing network. Our services include the Necter Mining Store, miner software, the $NECTA token, DePIN infrastructure and related blockchain services. The public testnet is experimental software provided for testing; testnet tokens have no monetary value.

  3. 3. User responsibilities

    You are responsible for the security of your wallets, keys and devices and for all activity under your accounts. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

  4. 4. Token usage and rights

    The $NECTA token is a utility token used within the Necter ecosystem. Token holders have the rights and responsibilities described in our whitepaper. Tokens are not securities and do not represent ownership in the company.

  5. 5. Network participation

    Miners, validators and other network participants must comply with the technical requirements and operating rules of the network. Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of network protocols or malicious behavior, and collateral may be slashed as the protocol defines.

  6. 6. Intellectual property

    All content, trademarks and intellectual property on the Necter platform are owned by Necter or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce or distribute them without explicit written permission.

  7. 7. Privacy and data

    We collect only what we need to run the network and our services. Public blockchain data, such as addresses and transactions, is public by nature.

  8. 8. Disclaimers and limitations

    Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

  9. 9. Governing law

    These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under international arbitration rules.

  10. 10. Changes to these terms

    We may modify these Terms at any time and will announce significant changes. Continued use of our services means you accept the modified terms.
