Getting help

• Something is not working? Check Troubleshooting and the FAQ first, then ask in the Discord support channel or on Telegram. Include your OS, the version you run (for example ndsr --version or the miner app version) and the exact error.
• Found a bug in an SDK or tool? Open an issue on the matching repository on GitHub.
• Partnerships, press or anything private? Use the contact page or email [email protected].

The Necter team will never DM you first asking for a seed phrase, a private key or a payment. Testnet NECTA has no monetary value, and nobody can sell it to you. Only trust links listed on this page or on linktr.ee/necternetwork.
