Network parameters

The parameters every validator, miner and the Hub must agree on are published at GET /v1/network/params with their hash. The values that matter most day to day:

Validators

Four validators (US, EU, Asia, Africa) run in committee mode. Quorum is 3 of 4 (floor(2n/3)+1), so any one validator can be down. Validators are approved by the network operator during the testnet; see Run a validator.
